RA Pilates Refund Policy

At RA Pilates, we are committed to providing high-quality fitness content, experiences, and events. By purchasing a subscription to the RA Pilates App or booking an in-person class or event, you agree to the following refund policy:

Subscription Refunds 
Subscriptions, including monthly and annual plans, are non-refundable once payment has been processed due to the nature of our digital services. If you decide to cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the app and its features for the remainder of the billing period, after which your subscription will not renew.

In-Person Classes & Events
All sales for in-person classes and events are final. If you are unable to attend your class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance and we will be happy to assist you with rescheduling whenever possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class or event will not be refunded or rescheduled. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling and provide flexibility where we can while ensuring an exceptional experience for all participants.

Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Refund requests submitted within 14 days of the charge may be considered on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances. To request a review, please contact our support team at contact@rapilates.com with details of your situation.
